MOSSI puts on sale on mossi.fr products exclusively intended for the final consumer, therefore mossi.fr reserves the right not to respond to orders from a person who operates for professional purposes.

As the General Conditions of Sale are subject to change, the new general conditions of sale will take effect on their date of publication on mossi.fr

The buyer will be asked, with each order, to confirm acceptance of the general conditions of sale in force on the date the order is placed. The transmission of the order form by the buyer will constitute recognition and acceptance, without reservation, of these General Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding the cost of processing and shipping. These prices are communicated with the conversion in currencies ($, £, ¥), only as an indication.

All orders must be paid for in Euros.

Regarding products shipped outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will appear excluding tax on the invoice sent to the buyer. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties and State taxes are not the responsibility of mossi.fr and, to the extent that they would be required, they will be the responsibility of the buyer and are entirely their responsibility. responsibility both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and bodies of the country concerned.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

The buyer may proceed to payment for his order by the following payment methods:

  All payments made on the mossi.fr site are encrypted and secured by PAYBOX.

ARTICLE 4 - DELIVERY

The products are shipped by mossi.fr to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during the ordering process.

Shipments in France and internationally are provided by DHL or any other carrier of equivalent reputation.

For deliveries in intramural Paris, a courier delivery service is offered within 2:30 to 3 hours, which will be offered to you during the ordering process and subject to specific invoicing where applicable. This service will be provided by Coursier.fr or any other carrier of equivalent reputation.

The delivery costs are calculated automatically according to the chosen delivery method and appear in the total amount to be paid.

The amount of delivery costs depends on the volume of the order, the geographical area of delivery and the delivery method chosen.

A tracking number will be sent to the buyer by email after finalization of the order. The buyer will have the possibility to follow his parcel from its departure until its arrival.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and to reserve any anomalies with the carrier and to report and inform the Customer Service of mossi.fr by phone or email in within 72 hours, any anomalies noted.

ARTICLE 5 - EXCHANGE / RETURN

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product purchased, mossi.fr undertakes to proceed with its exchange.

The products must be returned, by the buyer, in their original condition and packaging, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, to the following address:

Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be exchanged and will be returned as is to the purchaser, at his expense.

Books, magazines, perfumes, groceries will not be exchanged.

Products on sale will not be exchanged.

All texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the mossi.fr site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property for the whole world. As such, in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is tolerated.

Any other use constitutes an infringement and may be penalized under the legal and regulatory provisions relating to intellectual property, except with the prior authorization of mossi.fr

ARTICLE 7 - RESPONSIBILITY

The products offered comply with current French legislation and regulations. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with the local authorities of his country the possibilities of importing or using the products ordered.

The buyer is informed that all the data and personal information collected during the placing of orders are processed by mossi.fr for the purposes of processing said orders. They may under no circumstances be used for other purposes.
